By creating an account, purchasing a service or using any part of the MassiveCloud platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

MassiveCloud provides shared hosting, managed cloud hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated servers, business email, domain registration and related services ("Services") subject to the plan you purchase and the applicable SLA.

• You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and enabling 2FA where available.
• You are responsible for the content, applications and code hosted on your services.

• Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• Services renew automatically at the standard renewal price unless cancelled per our Cancellation Policy.
• Failure to pay within 7 days of the invoice due date may result in suspension. Termination follows 30 days after suspension.

You agree not to use the Services for activities that are illegal, abusive, or that violate our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Uptime commitments and remedies are defined in our SLA. Credits do not apply to outages caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or customer action.

All MassiveCloud trademarks, dashboards, code and documentation remain our property. You retain all rights to your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through written notice and reasonable discussion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and where courts at Kolkata otherwise have jurisdiction, competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over contractual disputes. This does not restrict any non-waivable consumer right to approach a Consumer Commission or another forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance.
