Privacy Policy

MassiveCloud (a Massive Dynamics company, hereafter "MassiveCloud", "we", "us") provides web hosting, cloud servers, email and domain-registration services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Account data: name, email, phone, billing address, GST number (optional).
• Service data: domains you register, plans you buy, DNS records, mailbox metadata.
• Payment data: handled by PCI-DSS certified gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe). We store only tokenised references — never card numbers.
• Support data: tickets, chat transcripts, call recordings (for quality & training).
• Usage data: access logs, IP addresses, browser and device metadata for security & analytics.

• To provision, operate and secure the services you buy.
• To bill you, send GST invoices, and comply with tax laws.
• To notify you of incidents, planned maintenance and material policy changes.
• To improve the product with aggregate, non-personal analytics.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

Customer content on our shared, cloud and dedicated hosting is stored in Tier III+ data centres located in India (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru). Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 data may be stored in the region selected in your admin console.

We use cookies for authentication, session management and product analytics. You can control cookies from your browser settings. We do not sell advertising data.

Account and billing records are retained for 7 years to meet Indian tax and legal requirements. Service content is deleted 30 days after account termination unless a legal hold applies.

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@massivedynamics.co.in. We respond within 30 days.
